Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
- Courier: Kerry Express or Flash Express
- Cost: 30–50 THB
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, and Japan.
- Korea: 165–230 THB
- Singapore: 145–200 THB
- Delivery Time: 2–4 weeks (via International Small Packet)
- Rates for other destinations will be added soon.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided where available, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Jinere items, but if you’re not 100% happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unaltered, and unused
- In their original packaging, with tags or labels still attached
Please note:
- Postage fees are non-refundable.
- Returns shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Shipping for exchanged items is also at the customer’s expense.

- Details of your query

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks at every stage of design and production. If you receive a defective product, we’ll replace it right away — please note that this does not include general wear and tear.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item becomes unavailable during a promotion, a refund will be processed automatically.
